I.Main Features

Crusher: the teeth-slip crusher can adopt treated fluff pulp. The feed-in volume of fluff pulp can be controlled by step-less button.Perfect-designing and tight-fixed square bracketCotton core is molded from the net wheel with high-pressure vacuum absorption form to guarantee the density of cotton core and the evenness of each pc GSM. Driving system consists of gearwheel device, universal coupling shaft, circle-arc gear and synchronous belt. Driving components are installed in the backboard of equipment to guarantee high driving accuracy and low mechanical consumption.Main press & cut rollers are all driven by universal coupling shafts with fast driving and knife of cutting tool guarantee. Embossment unit, driven by timing belt and gearwheel cross-bridge unit.Heated pressing round-sealing unit, driven by timing belt and gearwheel cross-bridge unit.
