I. Main Function and Features:

 It is used to produce corrugated sleeve for paper cups and paper bowls as per in the picture shows.

CSFM-2 Corrugated Out-Sleeve Forming Machine is a advanced machine developed on the PCWM-1double walls paper cup machine. In this machine, the out sleeve layer are corrugated paper . The difference between the LBZ-LS and LBZ-LH model sleeve forming machines : the sleeve feeding device is different, In the LBZ-LS Corrugated out-sleeve forming machine, the feeding device is a mechanical hand . About the out-sleeve corrugate layer: The inside layer ( face the inner cup layer) is light PE coated paper (100gsm for example) ;The outside layer is raw paper(printed) ;It is easy to finish the corrugated paper on a corrugating machine .
